Tasks
- Further development of the CIB HR training and development strategy and portfolio.
- Shaping development priorities based on data and business needs.
- Participation in international projects, cooperation with experts from the parent company.
- Building talent programs and actively supporting knowledge sharing.
- Tracking the effectiveness of programs.
- Coordinating the training budget.
- Improving the learning experience through new ideas and modern/digital training processes.
- Professional leadership of the trainer team.
- Ensuring that CIB employees have the required mandatory certificates and exams.

Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience in L&D, talent management, or organizational development.
- You have a proven track record in a leadership position.
- You are comfortable navigating change and are able to win others over to new directions.
- You think with a strategic mindset while being hands-on with execution.
- You communicate confidently in English.
- You are familiar with modern training and organizational development methodologies.
- You see how AI and digitalization are transforming the world of work and learning.
- You have experience with projects in an international environment.
