Tasks
- Review and enhance our benchmarking processes and build automated analytical structures.
- Stabilize job grading (Hay methodology) to establish a solid foundation for internal equity and career path transparency.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide data-driven answers to complex compensation questions.
- Play a key role in translating Group guidelines into practice, preparing the organization for future requirements of Pay Transparency.
- Take ownership of short- and long-term incentive programs (bonuses, share schemes).

Requirements
- Fluency in English
- At least 3--5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Excel expertise including macros; Power BI/Power Query is an advantage.
- Ability to present complex payroll and compensation data clearly to leaders and collaborate with the People & Culture team.
