Tasks
- Develop and enhance workflow-based automation solutions using Python
- Implement production changes based on detailed business requirements
- Apply and advocate for coding best practices, driving continuous improvements
- Build a solid understanding of deployment lifecycle, infrastructure concepts, and CI/CD processes
- Provide support to resolve workflow execution issues requiring development expertise
- Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions
- Stay open to learning and adopting new technologies specific to the Regulatory Reporting space

Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming
- Solid development background in Python
- Understanding Linux concepts and shell scripting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently while following specifications and maintaining documentation discipline
- Team-player mindset with flexibility to support teammates or take on non-development tasks when needed
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
