A company manufacturing welded and rolled parts and their modules for the automotive industry is looking for a new colleague for the position of Production Shift Supervisor at its Kecskemét site.
Tasks
- Managing production according to logistic requirements
- Ensuring production stability
- Ensuring production quality
- Organizing individual shifts
- Management and coordination to eliminate production deviations
- Coordinating occupational safety activities in the plant
- Training new employees (production workers, set-up operators)
- Collecting data from individual equipment and evaluating their quality
- Compliance with working hours and proper attendance of all employees on the shift
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, including suggestions for development measures
- Order and cleanliness at individual workstations and in the entire hall
- Making proposals regarding bonuses for set-up operators and production workers

Requirements
