- Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing store routines

- You support the Store Manager through how you communicate, lead and develop the team
- You train your colleagues in customer-first attitudes, identifying customer needs and delivering excellent sales
- You are not afraid of physical work and lead by example in store sales and daily routines
