As our AGCO Academy Manager, you'll combine learning, technology, analytics and global collaboration to make a real impact on our Dealer capability and customer success across our EME & APA markets.
Tasks
- Develop engaging learning journeys, certification pathways and capability development programmes.
- Partner with business leaders and commercial teams to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities.
- Analyse learning, certification and capability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create meaningful reporting and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and continuously enhance AGCO Academy learning platforms and systems.
- Support projects focused on Dealer development, process optimisation and learning innovation.
- Collaborate across functions and regions to deliver outstanding learner experiences and business outcomes.
