We are looking for a CI / Lean specialist who is passionate about improving processes, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency in a logistics environment.
Tasks
- Analysis and improvement of logistics processes (sorting, transport, delivery)
- Identification and elimination of waste using Lean tools
- Leading CI projects and Kaizen workshops
- Analysis of KPIs (OTD, cost/parcel, productivity)
- Standardization and documentation of processes

Requirements
- Higher education (logistics, engineering or economics)
- 2-5 years of experience in a logistics/operational environment
- Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communication and teamwork skills
