The Bosch site in Budapest is looking for an intern for the Employer Branding Intern position. Join our supportive team where you will have the opportunity to participate in HR, communications, and employer branding projects, organize events, and support our digital presence.
Tasks
- Supporting the organization of and actively participating in employer branding events (job fairs, university events, professional conferences, etc.)
- Supporting Bosch Hungary's online and digital employer branding presence: participating in the management of national social media channels, supporting campaigns
- Supporting the planning and production of videos and other creative materials
- Cooperating with external partners, requesting quotes
- Participating in projects
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of employer branding activities
- Supporting the coordination of the internal ambassador program
- Actively participating in coordinating Bosch's nationwide employee discount program
- Maintaining contact with partners
- Editing the intranet interface, implementing creative solutions
