On-site management and comprehensive supervision of fit-out projects (retail spaces, interior design fit-outs) across various locations nationwide. Tasks
- On-site management and comprehensive supervision of fit-out projects (retail spaces, interior design fit-outs) across various locations nationwide
- Daily coordination of mechanical (HVAC, plumbing and gas) subcontractors, professional supervision of construction work
- Liaising with the client, designers, and technical inspector
- Ensuring compliance with the project schedule, organizing material orders and logistics
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative acceptances, preparing work completion certificates
- Precise and up-to-date maintenance of the construction log (e-logbook)

Requirements
- Relevant degree (architectural, mechanical, or civil engineer)
- 2-3 years of construction manager experience in construction (preferably in the fit-out sector)
- Confident reading of mechanical drawings and comprehensive understanding of system operations
- Assertive approach, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel (due to nationwide projects)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (an advantage)
