Our partner is a globally recognized engineering and manufacturing company operating in the energy industry. As a key player in power transmission technologies, it supports the development of modern and sustainable energy infrastructure worldwide. They are currently looking for a Customer Project Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role is to lead and develop the team, ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects while driving high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. The role is open to both contractors and employees.
Tasks
- Lead and develop the project team, providing day-to-day guidance, setting priorities, and supporting their professional growth and performance.
- Oversee customer projects from quotation through to delivery, ensuring project objectives, milestones, deadlines, and customer expectations are successfully met.
- Establish project teams, develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor project progress, and coordinate corrective actions or escalations when required.
- Manage stakeholder and customer communication, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of project documentation, status updates, and management reports.
- Drive risk management activities, support APQP processes, and ensure effective project execution through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices by standardizing processes, promoting a strong project culture, and identifying digitalization and efficiency enhancement opportunities.
