Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Lead Specialist for employment in Budapest. We are seeking a colleague with a higher education degree and professional experience to develop business plans, analyses, and reporting systems.
Tasks
- Participates in drafting, implementing, and monitoring the company's business plan, and preparing reports.
- Participates in collecting and analyzing operational, technical, and financial data.
- Participates in the comparative analysis of the performance of counties and engineering directorates.
- Participates in developing cost and performance indicators.
- Participates in designing, continuously improving, and maintaining the KPI system.
- Participates in conducting productivity, efficiency, and resource management analyses.
- Participates in developing and operating management dashboards and decision-support reporting systems.
- Participates in examining the correlations between technical and economic data.
- Participates in preparing management presentations and board materials.
- Participates in headcount and capacity utilization analyses, as well as fleet utilization and equipment efficiency studies.
- Participates in cost analysis of winter operations and extraordinary events.
