Tasks
- Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce industry-leading practices.
- Map business processes to solution requirements, utilizing existing solution capabilities.
- Support strategic and transition planning to align with business objectives.
- Advise on disruptive business innovation and handle change management efforts.
- Implement end-to-end solution-designed processes and configure various technological solutions.

Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and have led implementations as a lead consultant.
- Experience with Time Management, other SuccessFactors modules or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application.
- Familiar with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors.
- Fluent in German and English.
