We are looking for a sales representative for our store network in Kaposvár. You will be the face of our brand, assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions and Telekom products.
Tasks
- You assess the needs of customers entering your Telekom store and then offer them the best solution
- You strive for complex sales solutions (cross-selling, up-selling)
- You provide consultative advice tailored to the customer's needs
- Present tools and services to customers
- Handle customer complaints where applicable
