A leading international company developing solar inverter and energy storage solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Service Engineer to play a key role in providing technical support for local projects and strengthening local presence. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background who are enthusiastic about participating in the commissioning, troubleshooting, and professional customer support of complex energy systems.
Tasks
- Technical support for clients and service partners
- Conducting technical trainings and workshops
- Commissioning support for PV and energy storage systems (BESS)
- Diagnosing and solving complex technical issues (inverters, BESS, SCADA systems)
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Performing root cause analysis
- Supporting warranty investigations
- Liaising with international technical and development teams
- Coordinating subcontractors and on-site work

Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or relevant technical field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in solar systems, inverters, or energy storage
- Solid knowledge of solar system operation and inverter technology
- Experience with the application and operation of energy storage solutions (BESS)
- Experience in diagnosing and solving technical problems
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or PV design software (e.g., PVsyst)
- Knowledge of SCADA and monitoring systems is an advantage
