Tasks
- Full operational management of metal products manufacturing for the catering industry
- Management of a production organization of over 200 employees through team and shift leaders
- Efficient organization and optimization of production plans, capacities, and resources
- Coordination of custom, customer-specific projects alongside serial production
- Monitoring, analysis, and improvement of production KPIs (deadlines, quality, efficiency)
- Support and active leadership of LEAN, 5S, and other continuous improvement programs
- Collaboration with related departments to achieve company goals

Requirements
- You have a higher technical education (engineer, technical manager, or related field)
- You have at least 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing company environment
- You confidently manage large production organizations
- Experience in a contract manufacturing environment is an advantage
- You have strong people management and leadership competencies
- You are a process-oriented, systems-thinking professional
- You are open to development, new solutions, and changes
- You make quick and decisive decisions even under pressure
- You have communicative English and/or German language skills
