Multinational service provider company seeking for an Information Technology Operations Manager. HungaroTrial is a market leader CRO with 25 years of clinical experience in Central and Eastern Europe.
Tasks
- Provides HungaroTrial staff with equipment and software packages and initial system access as requested by Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
- Supports the optimal functionality of hardware, software, connectivity and IT systems and provides help-desk advisory to HungaroTrial staff
- Maintain the effective day-to-day operation and availability of IT services
- Supervises and controls IT environmental conditions
- Continuously improve IT operations processes, procedures and standards
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize business disruption
- Oversee the operation and reliability of core IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud services and workplace technologies
- Works in cooperation with external partners such as: IT providers of HungaroTrial and operator of the office building
- Coordinate infrastructure and technical projects with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Coordinate escalations and ensure external partners meet agreed service expectations
- Maintains the IT system related documentation

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in IT operations, IT infrastructure, IT service management or related field
- University degree
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, endpoint management and enterprise applications
- Experience managing external IT vendors and service providers
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Ability to meet priorities and deadlines and to execute complex tasks
