Tasks
- Professional and operational management of the tool management and tool crib team.
- Team development, motivation, and performance support.
- Organization of work processes, capacity balancing, and efficient resource utilization.
- Ensuring continuous and safe tool supply for production.
- Operation and development of the tool crib and tool issuance processes.
- Determination and regular review of optimal inventory levels.
- Improving inventory turnover metrics and identifying opportunities for inventory value reduction.
- Coordination of inventory and stock control processes.
- Development of standardized workflows and continuous improvement.
- Identifying and implementing digitalization and automation opportunities.
- Reduction of manual, non-value-adding processes.
- Preparation of regular management reports and decision-support analyses.
- Active liaison with tool and auxiliary material suppliers.
- Close cooperation with the procurement organization to achieve cost optimization goals.
- Sourcing alternative suppliers, new technologies, and innovative solutions.
- Participation in negotiations, framework agreements, and supply concept development.
- Close cooperation with production, technology, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Active participation in development and efficiency-improvement projects.
