Our partner is an established pharmaceutical company with its own product portfolio, where R&D and manufacturing go hand in hand. We are currently looking for a curious, motivated Junior R&D Manager to join the team, someone eager to learn the world of pharmaceutical product development and grow into greater professional autonomy over time.
Tasks
- From idea to product: you will participate in the development of new pharmaceutical, veterinary, and cosmetic products, from initial concept to production launch.
- Experimentation and development: working on laboratory experiments, formulation tasks, and developing new technological solutions.
- Real production experience: you will learn how pilot production, scale-up, and technology transfer work, actively participating in these processes.
- Practical problem-solving: participating in identifying manufacturing challenges and developing solutions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical operations.
- Learning modern technologies: participating in the introduction of new equipment and technological procedures, as well as validation tasks.
- Documenting developments: learning and applying the professional documentation processes required in a GMP environment.

Requirements
- Degree in pharmacy or a relevant degree in natural sciences or engineering.
- 0-5 years of professional experience: entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
- Interest in pharmaceutical research and development, formulation, and manufacturing technologies.
- Openness to learning and applying GMP environments and pharmaceutical technological processes.
- Independent thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving attitude.
- Curiosity, initiative, and motivation for continuous professional growth.
- Fluent Hungarian and at least intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
