Tasks
- Checking online orders and payments
- Issuing Japan Rail Pass vouchers
- Preparing invoices
- Coordinating the delivery process
- Liaising with B2C customers and B2B partners
- Providing prompt, professional customer service
- Planning itineraries suited to different rail passes, and selecting and recommending the most suitable pass for a given itinerary
- Preparing reports to support financial analysis
