This is one of the Budapest PSC PA 'Bench Team' roles which are needed to support the BAU volume peaks, mass update or housekeeping projects, bulk request processing, activities in relation to new transitions/dual maintenance periods, temporary vacancy covers etc. across all the different services areas.
Tasks
- Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and quality controls
- Delivering the contracted service level
- Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members if required
- Cooperation with both PSC PA and other Cushman & Wakefield partners
- Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information on payments, critical dates, and responsibilities
- Accurate and timely maintenance of property databases
- Accurate lease data processing in line with internal SLA's
- Invoice processing / invoice validation, performing rent / service charge / CAM reconciliations
