Tasks
- Full coordination of transport and administrative processes related to intercompany (IC) and customer deliveries.
- Preparation, verification, and management of documentation required for shipments and customs clearance.
- Organizing daily shipments, ensuring cooperation with carrier partners.
- Transmitting information related to transportation processes to the relevant related departments.
- Continuous communication with internal company partners, especially customs, finance, and customer service departments.
- Daily use of transport and customer portals, data entry and maintenance.
- Tracking shipments, handling potential discrepancies, and coordinating necessary measures.
- Supporting the smooth operation of transport processes in accordance with company and customer expectations.
