We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual Digital Learning Administrator to support our global learning operations specifically for the Global Digital Learning Optimization & Enablement team.
Tasks
- Managing user lifecycles, license levels, and group allocations
- Acting as the first line of technical support for global users and troubleshooting SCORM, API, or access issues
- Running complex reports and managing the financial recharge process
- Handling Spanish-language support tickets
- Managing localized content lifecycle workflows
Requirements
- Legal right to work in Hungary is mandatory
- Bilingual Fluency (Required): Native or full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any discipline
