The IT Site Administrator (End User Services) provides reliable, high-quality on-site IT and digital workplace support for both office and manufacturing users. Acting as the local IT point of contact, the role ensures workplace technology in the office environment - including end-user devices, collaboration tools, meeting rooms, printing, network access, and site IT services - is available, secure, and aligned with global IT standards.
Tasks
- Provide onsite Tier 1--2 support for office and manufacturing computers
- Troubleshoot OS, application, and hardware issues, including user profile, performance, and connectivity issues
- Handle incident and service request fulfillment through the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Support user onboarding/offboarding processes
- Support lifecycle management of manufacturing and office endpoints
- Perform security compliance activities (patching, endpoint protection, access controls, encryption, vulnerability remediation)
- Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and meeting room technologies
- Manage site IT inventory including manufacturing computers, peripherals, spare equipment, and loaner devices
- Support the DigITal Ecosystem across the site
- Create and maintain site-specific knowledge articles, how-to guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
