Tasks
- Management and development of the full range of quality assurance activities at the manufacturing company
- Professional and operational management of the quality team, employee development
- Operation and development of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Coordination of customer and internal audits, preparation for audits
- Handling customer complaints, root cause analysis and supervision of corrective actions
- Definition, tracking and improvement of quality KPIs
- Initiation and support of continuous improvement projects
- Close cooperation with production, engineering and related departments within the corporate group
- Regular reporting to local and international management

Requirements
- Higher education degree
- At least 5 years of relevant automotive quality experience
- Several years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Knowledge of automotive quality methodologies
- Active, communicative command of English OR German
