Tasks
- managing the sales team to achieve the targets set by management
- organizing and supervising daily work processes
- ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards (KPIs)
- staff and resource allocation, vacation planning according to current projects
- prompt handling of obstacles, technical or interpersonal issues arising during team work
- supervising the onboarding process, integrating new colleagues
- continuous development and professional support of the team
- motivating the team, building and maintaining a great team spirit
- performance evaluation, feedback on results
- periodic field presence and on-site coaching
- preparing regular reports for management regarding projects

Requirements
- you have sales experience and good communication skills
- your mindset is results- and goal-oriented
- you are a decisive, independent, and responsible person
- you enjoy working with people and coordinating a team
- you are proficient in Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
- you have a category B driver's license and confident driving experience (essential for the position)
