We are currently looking for a Lead Machine Operator and Maintenance Technician who will actively participate in ensuring smooth production operations, monitor machine status, and provide professional support to shift colleagues.
Tasks
- Proper and efficient operation of the assigned production equipment
- Performing routine and ad-hoc maintenance tasks
- Quick identification and troubleshooting of technical faults
- Continuous monitoring of machine operation and efficiency
- Supporting measures aimed at reducing downtime
- Coordinating changeovers, shift changes, and shift handovers
- Organizing and coordinating the work of team members on the shift
- Communicating new or changing tasks and instructions to the team
- Professional support for new colleagues and assistance with onboarding
- Performing quality control tasks and related administration
- Compliance with and enforcement of occupational health, safety, hygiene, GMP, and quality standards

Requirements
- Secondary education
- 1–3 years of experience in a bottling plant
- Technical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions independently and prioritize tasks
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to coordinate and support your colleagues' work
- Basic computer literacy
