Tasks
- Lead and oversee all production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are consistently achieved
- Drive the implementation of production plans while optimizing operational efficiency and controlling manufacturing costs
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing production organization, fostering employee engagement and team stability
- Establish and enforce production processes, policies, and management standards to ensure operational excellence
- Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset, including 5S and lean manufacturing practices
- Monitor production performance through KPI analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions to enhance efficiency and operational results

Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Have experience in the automotive or other high-volume manufacturing industry
- Communicate confidently in English and Hungarian
- Have strong leadership and people management skills
- Are willing to work on-site in Debrecen, Hungary
