IT KLIMA Service Kft. is a leading design, installation, and maintenance company in the domestic HVAC cooling sector. Our central office is located in Budapest, in the 11th district, where we are looking for a new team member for the logistics specialist position to coordinate and monitor logistics processes.
Tasks
- Receipt of raw materials, parts, and products directly and indirectly related to the activity
- Planning, execution, and control of inventory and distribution processes
- Execution of in-bound and out-bound warehousing workflows
- receiving, registering, and putting away materials
- picking, assembling, packing, preparing for dispatch, and issuing goods
- Necessary and essential administration, document handling, operating related software and mobile applications
- Participation in regular and planned stocktaking
- Ad-hoc personal procurement or delivery of materials and equipment
- Maintaining warehouse order, transparency, and cleanliness
- Active participation in the organizational and logistical processes of the vehicle fleet
- Close cooperation with related departments (finance, field staff) and partners

Requirements
- Secondary education
- Work experience in logistics, warehousing, or packaging
- HVAC, mechanical knowledge, proficiency, or technical interest is an advantage
- User-level MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Independent, precise, and responsible work style
- Good physical endurance
- Logical and critical thinking
- Teamwork skills, good communication
- Category B driving license
