Our dynamically growing, globally present group of companies is looking for a new colleague for a Buyer position. DIADEM has been playing a pioneering role for over 30 years in sustainable architecture, conscious roof and façade design, construction, and maintenance.
Tasks
- Market research regarding plastic and metal parts
- Supplier search (requesting offers)
- Selection, qualification, and development of suppliers
- Procurement of raw materials and finished goods
- Inventory management and stock record keeping
- Active participation in handling supplier complaints
- Supervision of deliveries and invoice processing
- Warehouse management
- Creation of item numbers
- Registration of new suppliers in the ERP system (SAP BO), cooperation with the Finance department
- Cooperation in determining product price lists (specifying purchasing prices)
- Preparation of reports

Requirements
- degree in economics, engineering, or logistics
- At least 3 years of relevant purchasing experience
- Confident communication skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Good problem-solving skills
- Confident MS Excel skills
- Negotiation-capable, active English language skills orally and in writing
