Work Force is a dynamically growing, comprehensive HR service provider looking for a Regional Manager to lead the professional and business operations of our branches in Győr, Tatabánya, and Veszprém.
Tasks
- Achieving the business goals and ensuring profitable operations of the Győr, Tatabánya, and Veszprém branches.
- Actively selling Work Force's HR services, proactively identifying and closing business opportunities in the region.
- Developing, tracking, and measuring regional sales results.
- Exploring new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
- Professionally supporting, developing, and motivating branch managers.
- Analyzing sales KPIs, tracking performance, and reporting.
- Reviewing and optimizing proposals, contracts, and calculations.
- Planning operational goals and capacities, and coordinating their implementation.
- Cooperating with central sales, operational, and HR departments.
- Ensuring the local implementation of the corporate strategy.

Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a management position covering multiple sites or regions.
- Strong sales and business mindset.
- Solid leadership experience in managing, developing, and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- At least intermediate active English proficiency.
- Performance-oriented, proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Category B driving license and flexibility for regional travel.
