As part of the Packeta Group, FoxPost is an expert in convenient and innovative delivery. We are looking for a new colleague for the Linehaul Manager position to design, manage, and continuously improve the company's Linehaul transport system.
Tasks
- Designing, managing, and continuously improving the company's Linehaul transport system.
- Planning, organizing, and supervising domestic and international transport, as well as daytime and nighttime operations.
- Managing nighttime dispatch operations and ensuring smooth transport.
- Long-term capacity planning and ensuring capacity needs in cooperation with relevant areas.
- Developing capacity strategies for peak periods and emergency situations.
- Identifying, managing, and optimizing capacity and cost risks.
- Preparing reports on capacity, costs, and partner performance, as well as materials for management decision-making.
- Full management of carrier and transport partners, monitoring their performance based on KPIs.
- Developing existing partnerships, optimizing the partner portfolio, and sourcing new partners.
- Negotiating pricing, service, and contractual terms.
- Continuously evaluating and improving service standards.
- Cooperating with operations, procurement, finance, and transport planning areas to ensure an efficient, flexible, and competitive transport network.

Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or partner relations.
- You have experience managing carrier/supplier relationships and conducting commercial negotiations.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in Excel and have a data-driven mindset.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are characterized by independent, proactive work and a high degree of responsibility.
