The Project Planner ensures continuous and active monitoring of the project physical progress and its critical path and monitors the compliance of the project with all contractual and internal milestones.

Tasks

  • Preparation and Maintenance of Project Master Schedule in line with the contractual WBS
  • Monitoring of the Project Second Level Schedule (based on the contributions from each Project Team member)
  • Mitigates any risk of delays impacting contractual obligations, escalating any significant deviations to the Project Manager
  • Supports the overall identification, reporting and mitigation/achievement of schedule risks and opportunities
  • Ensures regular updating of monitoring, reporting, and analysis of project physical progress with all functions involved
  • Responsible for developing the WBS under the ultimate accountability of the PM and in line with internal standards and guidelines
