Tasks
- Ensuring comprehensive, high-quality service for retail clients, and managing active sales and cross-selling tasks
- Active participation in setting up branch operations and building the team
- Assessing and continuously developing the sales skills of branch colleagues
- Full management of the branch and ensuring its smooth operation
- Business mapping and acquisition in areas belonging to the branch, as well as active participation in branch sales
