Tasks
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire selection process
- A significant part of your working time will be spent on keeping in touch with our clients and communicating with candidates
- You will use internal and external databases to find the most suitable candidate for the given position
- During end-to-end recruitment processes, you will be responsible for contacting, interviewing, and submitting candidates
- You will communicate with our clients in both Hungarian and English, meeting them during business negotiations and client meetings

Requirements
- Secondary education, higher education is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, agency experience is an advantage
- Client management experience
- Communicative, confident English language skills
- Excellent communication skills upon which your daily tasks will be built
- Proactive, energetic, decisive personality
