We are a leading gaming and gambling solution software provider with a strong presence in the USA, UK, and Europe. You'll maintain our production infrastructure while building the next generation of platform services, balancing operational excellence with platform development.
Tasks
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS EKS clusters across development, staging, and production environments.
- Ensure high availability and performance of core platform services and databases.
- Handle infrastructure requests and support development teams with platform needs.
- Participate in production incident response and resolution.
- Build platform services that enable development team self-service for common operations.
- Create automation scripts and tooling to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and improve GitOps workflows using Flux for infrastructure management.
- Develop Terraform modules and AWS infrastructure as code patterns.
- Design and build observability dashboards and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective platform solutions.
- Document operational processes and create platform runbooks.
- Establish platform standards and best practices for service deployment.
- Contribute to evolving our platform capabilities and operational maturity.

Requirements
- 3 years in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Production experience managing Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, VPC).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, logging systems).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and tool development.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
