As a Field Sales Representative for the EMEA East Automotive Market, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative people. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities across automotive applications, supporting revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Tasks
- Identifying and winning new customers across the automotive supplier landscape
- Delivering revenue growth through cross-selling and portfolio expansion
- Recovering lost sales and re-engaging lapsed accounts
- Leveraging factory visits and on-site customer interactions to uncover new business opportunities
- Advising customers on product solutions and their potential use
- Presenting 3M solutions at OEM Tech Days, customer seminars, and industry events
- Managing the sales pipeline effectively using Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Technology, or a comparable technical discipline
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, technical sales, or application development
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Czech, Slovak, Polish, or Hungarian
