Tasks
- As a recruitment consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process
- A significant part of your working time will be spent on maintaining contact with our clients and communicating with candidates
- You will use internal and external databases to find the most suitable candidate for the position
- During the end-to-end recruitment processes, you will be responsible for contacting, interviewing, and submitting candidates
- You will maintain contact with our clients in both Hungarian and English, and you may also meet them at business negotiations and client meetings

Requirements
- Secondary education, higher education is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, agency-side experience is an advantage
- Client management experience
- Conversational, confident English language skills
- Excellent communication skills upon which your daily tasks will be built
- Proactive, energetic, decisive personality
