Tasks
- Active participation in the implementation and further development of the company's labor law and data protection strategy.
- Preparation, maintenance, and continuous updating of employment and data protection contracts, document templates, and other legal documents.
- Compilation of documents, statements, and documentation related to individual labor law cases.
- Providing comprehensive expert labor law support to managers, HR professionals, and related departments.
- Legal support for the investigation of employee complaints, reports, and compliance issues, and management of related documentation.
- Handling procedures related to regulatory authorities, tracking deadlines, and preparing statistics and reports.
- Development, amendment, and legal review of internal regulations, employer instructions, and other normative documents.
- Participation in shaping employment policy concepts, and providing legal support for organizational changes and HR projects.
- Maintaining contact with authorities, external legal advisors, and business partners.
- Cooperation with the works council and the trade union on labor law issues.
- Monitoring changes in the labor law and data protection environment, and initiating necessary measures.

Requirements
- University degree in law.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in labor law.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and an interest in current issues in labor law and related legal fields.
- Basic proficiency or professional interest in areas closely related to labor law, particularly taxation, social security, occupational safety, occupational health, training and education, and international employment topics.
- Active command of German and English in both speech and writing.
- Openness to continuous learning and professional development.
- Analytical mindset and structured thinking.
- Empathetic yet assertive demeanor, even in conflict situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Confident use of legal databases, as well as modern digital and AI-based working tools.
- Precise, responsible, and independent work.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Native-level Hungarian language skills in speech and writing.
