Sprint Consulting, a leading agile consulting company in the CEE region, now also supports clients with IT professionals on a T&M basis. We are currently looking for an entry-level Junior Scrum Master for a client project who wants to learn the ropes of agile team operations and grow professionally in a large corporate banking environment. No prior Scrum Master work experience is required!
Tasks
- Supporting the daily operations of agile teams under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Participating in the preparation and facilitation of Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
- Supporting communication and collaboration between teams.
- Identifying impediments to team operations and supporting their resolution.
- Tracking basic metrics related to agile operations.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
- Continuous learning and practical application of the agile mindset and Scrum methodology.

Requirements
- Interest in Agile/Scrum methodology and teamwork.
- Basic Scrum knowledge, whether from studies or self-learning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Openness to feedback and continuous development.
- Good organizational skills, proactive attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Higher education or relevant studies.
