Systems analyst

We are looking for an experienced system analyst to join the OTP Bank Core Banking Service Technical Tribe (CBSTT) team, who will support the development and modernization of our banking systems with professional experience gained in accounts and deposits (CASA) or payments.
Tasks
- Analyzing and clarifying business requirements and translating them into system requirements
- Preparing functional and technical specifications
- Designing end-to-end business and system processes
- Supporting the design of integration solutions, APIs, and data flows
- Collaborating with business areas, developers, architects, and external partners
- Providing professional support for development and testing processes
- Participating in complex development projects involving multiple systems
- Analyzing issues arising in the production environment and supporting solution development

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a system analyst, business analyst, or in a similar field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the banking or financial sector
- Confident business and system analysis skills
- Experience in a complex system integration environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured thinking and an independent problem-solving mindset
- Experience in system analysis and solution design
- Knowledge in the field of REST APIs and integration solutions
- Data modeling knowledge, as well as proficiency in using SQL and relational databases
- Basic knowledge of how distributed systems operate
- Deep professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Account and deposit systems (CASA) or Payments
