BYD Hungary is looking for a forklift driver for the Division 2 - Battery department to work in Szeged. Tasks include safe forklift operation, material handling, equipment inspection, and warehouse management support.
Tasks
- Safe forklift operation, moving goods within the warehouse along designated routes
- Transporting goods based on instructions from the unloading zone to the designated location or from there to the shipping area
- Professional handling of electric/internal combustion engine forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Organized placement of goods to avoid collapse or damage
- Daily routine check before use (e.g. oil level, battery, brakes, lights, etc.)
- Reporting any anomalies and, if necessary, cooperating with the maintenance staff
- Keeping the forklift clean and maintaining its proper technical condition
- Cooperating with the warehouse keeper during goods receipt, shipping, and inventory
Requirements
- Secondary education (high school diploma)
- 0-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Forklift driver license (3324 category; mandatory)
- Forklift driver license (3312., 3313., 3327. category; optional)
- User-level computer skills
- Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and empathy, excellent communication skills
