We are looking for Medior/Senior AI Engineers for Yettel's new AI IT Office to help build the company's AI platform and capabilities as founding team members. We are looking for engineers who do not just experiment with AI, but build business-valuable, scalable frameworks that operate in an enterprise environment.
Tasks
- Developing AI-based applications and services, primarily in Python.
- Integrating large language models (LLM) into corporate systems, building APIs and reusable components.
- Developing RAG solutions and AI agents on our own infrastructure.
- Testing completed solutions, monitoring quality and tracking the lifecycle of agents.
- Working closely with business areas to explore AI opportunities.
- Sharing professional experience and supporting the internal AI community within the company.

Requirements
- Confident Python knowledge: production-level development experience; knowledge of FastAPI and REST API design.
- Practical AI experience: you have already built LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, and AI agents operated on a central infrastructure with integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud and AI services (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Engineering mindset: clean, testable code, proper error handling, and maintainability are important.
- Independence and a collaborative attitude.
