This is an entry-level apprenticeship/ early-career role for individuals at the start of their professional careers, offered on a 12--18 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. It focuses on learning, skill development, and hands on experience within a structured, supportive design environment.
Tasks
- Use Autodesk AutoCAD to prepare site installation drawings for diagnostic medical equipment, focusing on 1 equipment family
- Follow quality and compliance standards and consult with senior team members when needed
- Work with other designers, senior team members, and project managers to find the best solutions for equipment placement and resolve any issues smoothly
- Provide services to customers in over 100 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America
- Join a team of 20+ members and participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills
Requirements
- Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD (or similar software) for 2D drawings
- Fluent in English
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Strong focus on detail and administrative tasks
- Good at communicating and solving problems
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good at managing your time, especially under tight deadlines
