Managing EHS activities at MCS Vágóhíd Zrt. sites and cooperating with the four food industry EHS organizations of the Bonafarm Group.
Tasks
- Ensuring compliance with EHS legal and internal regulatory systems.
- Regular reporting to top management and the Food Industry EHS Manager, and cooperation with the food industry EHS organization.
- Direct management and development of employees in the MCS Vágóhíd Zrt. EHS team.
- Supporting and managing EHS projects, managing relevant budget limits.
- Organizing occupational safety checks and walkthroughs, identifying deficiencies, and taking and monitoring corrective actions.
- Investigating EHS incidents, determining corrective and preventive measures, and monitoring their implementation.
- Applying root cause analysis methodologies and monitoring implemented measures.
- Supervising commissioning and reviews related to facilities and work equipment.
- Preparing risk assessments and developing actions and programs to reduce risk levels.
- Conducting EHS audits at MCS Vágóhíd Zrt. sites.
- Supporting new investments from an EHS perspective, and professional supervision and control of certain work processes.
- Implementing and continuously improving new EHS methods, and monitoring EHS performance.
- Contributing to the preparation of central EHS policies, and reviewing and improving local policies.
- Designing and developing EHS training.

Requirements
- Higher education specialized in occupational safety
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
- Intermediate / conversational English language skills
- Category B driving license
- Management experience
