Tasks
- Human and organizational management: Supervision of overall institutional operations, management, control, professional support of staff, and ensuring their further training.
- Professional leadership: Planning professional activities, quality improvement through the introduction of new care methods, and protecting the rights and interests of residents.
- Regulatory compliance: Implementation of legal and maintenance requirements, drafting and updating internal regulations (Professional Program, Organizational and Operational Regulations, House Rules, etc.).
- Administration and financial management: Coordination of resident administration, efficient and economical financial management, procurement, inventories, and comprehensive document management.
Requirements
- Higher education and professional qualification required for the position of institution manager.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of social care, child protection, or healthcare.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience gained in a social or healthcare institution leading a large team (50+ people).
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Social Act and related sectoral legislation.
- User-level computer skills (MS Office, sectoral systems) and a category B driver's license.
- Decisive, consistent leadership presence and excellent decision-making ability.
- Systems-level thinking and a cost-effective management mindset.
- High level of empathy, social sensitivity, and commitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High stress tolerance and flexibility.
