The One Hungary team is looking for a Junior Conversational AI Bot Designer to work in Budapest. The role aims to support the design and development of Conversational AI solutions, and to actively participate in building chatbot, voicebot and AI agent solutions.
Tasks
- participation in the design and development of dialogue structures for chatbot, voicebot and AI agent solutions
- creation and maintenance of dialogue flows, intent structures and prompts
- supporting the translation of business needs and user expectations into Conversational AI solutions
- developing the communication style and tone of voice for virtual assistants
- analyzing conversation logs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- supporting development and testing processes, documenting bugs and improvement suggestions
- collaborating with development, business and UX teams during solution design
- participation in customer service automation and voicebot development projects

Requirements
- higher education in business informatics, business IT, engineering management, economics, finance or IT
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- conversational English proficiency
- interest in Conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots and generative AI solutions
- familiarity with Scrum, Kanban or other Agile methodologies
- confident use of JIRA and Miro tools
- analytical mindset, creativity and customer-centric approach
- ability to collaborate well with various departments
