Schaeffler is looking for a new colleague for the Process Technician position based in Debrecen. Tasks include supporting production industrialization, reactive maintenance of machines, and ensuring equipment operability.
Tasks
- Supporting production industrialization and equipment installation
- Performing reactive maintenance in case of machine breakdown (unscheduled)
- Ensuring the operational readiness of production equipment
- Adjusting equipment according to specifications, troubleshooting equipment faults, documenting faults and performed repairs/modifications in the designated location
- Following the escalation plan during troubleshooting
- Performing changeovers according to instructions
- In case of part replacement, picking up parts from the local and central spare parts warehouse
- Maintaining the condition of entrusted tools and machine parts
- Adhering to the 5S standard in the production unit
- Supporting engineers in achieving lower cycle times for equipment
- Supporting the achievement of factory KPI metrics (quality, quantity, cost)
- Supporting the deviation management process
- Setting up prototype processes for sample and series production
- Daily maintenance of injection molds for both thermoset and thermoplastic products
- Conditioning of thermoset molds on a daily basis
- Knowledge and handling of MES and other production support systems (WIP)
- Supporting engineering in programming injection molding equipment and developing injection molding processes

Requirements
