Tasks

• Autonomous maintenance of machines in the production area
• Adherence to the escalation process
• Compliance with 5S standards in the production unit
• Performing standard work within the prescribed cycle time
• Support for production start-up and changeover processes
• Working in accordance with procedures, work instructions, and standards
• Following quality instructions
• Support for the deviation management process
• Support for training new operators
• Participation in mandatory company-organized trainings, supporting continuous improvement projects
• Acting in accordance with relevant legal and other requirements, quality and environmental manuals, and internal procedures.
• Compliance with instructions regarding work schedule, working hours, and rest breaks
• Compliance with the code of conduct and rules regarding personal conflict of interest.
• Strict compliance with the prescribed occupational health and safety rules.
