The stable state-owned company MVM is looking for a new colleague for the position of Operations Management and Energy Management Expert to work in Szeged. Tasks include applying operations management regulations, analyzing processes, developing training plans, and managing technical systems.
Tasks
- Up-to-date knowledge and independent application of regulations and processes related to operations management, as well as the development of improvement proposals
- Analysis of operations management processes, tracking changes, and harmonizing operations
- Coordinating the implementation of development directions, ensuring cooperation with relevant professional fields
- Participation in failure analysis, development of improvement proposals, and representing them along the principles of operations management
- Developing the training plan for operators, organizing training sessions, compiling professional training materials
- Developing the thematic content and conducting training simulator exercises, as well as coordinating the professional preparation of operators
- Operating the technical systems of operations management and participating in equipment operation

Requirements
- Higher technical degree in electrical engineering (BSc or MSc)
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the electrical industry
- Confident use of MS Office programs, knowledge of operations management technical systems
- Category B driving license
