Parts Sales Representative

Tasks

• Handling inquiries from domestic and foreign customers, accurate identification of spare parts and accessories, and recommending suitable products and alternatives
• Preparing offers, recording and confirming orders, and tracking the entire fulfillment process
• Maintaining existing customer relationships, prospecting for new customers, and selling related products and accessories
• Liaising with foreign manufacturers and suppliers, requesting quotes, and coordinating orders and procurement processes
• Monitoring spare parts inventory, optimizing stock levels, and cooperating with the warehouse
• Supporting service operations through spare parts identification, procurement, and handling urgent requests
• Coordinating complaints, returns, and warranty claims
• Data entry in the ERP/commercial system, item master and price list management, and preparation of reports

Conditions & benefits

Requirements

• Higher technical degree (engineer, technical manager) or technician qualification
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar field is an advantage (sales of parts and accessories for cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, forestry machinery, construction machinery; technical sales, sales associate, technical sales representative, salesman, parts sales specialist, parts sales representative)
• Active English language skills, both spoken and written
• User-level computer skills
